When your order is packaged and ready to ship, our warehouse will get shipping rates for different carriers and select the most affordable. If you have a preferred carrier, you may change the selection while in the checkout process.
Sign in to the web store using your email address and password, click on My Account / Dashboard and then Ship To's. This screen will show the ship to addresses you already have setup, click on the three dots and select Add Ship To: button. Enter the information and click on save. During the check out process, you may select the desired Ship To address.
The FedEx Fleet Discount is only available to Independant FedEx contractors. They would need to order the items on their parts account, (have them delivered to you), so they could get the discount price.
During the checkout process, please include your preferred carrier and account number information in the comments box so we may use that info for your shipping.
We do not know the amount of shipping at the time of ordering. Once your order is packaged, measured and weighed, we will be able to get carrier rates and select the most affordable method.
Many of our fabricated Aluminum parts are built to order and are not kept in stock. They may never show up as "back in stock". Once you place an order, our system will generate the work order for us to make that new part specifically for your vehicle.
The part in question may be obsolete, click on Add To Cart, there will be a obsolete item message with a Check For Replacement link, click on that link to see if we have a replacement part.
Our VIN search tool has visibility of all vechicles manufactured 2006 to present. If your vehicle is older, our call center may be able to access your parts list from an older database. Please give us a call @ 800-233-4823 and we will be happy to help research the parts you need.
Sign in to the web store using your email address and password, click on My Account / Order History. Select an order number to view the order details. The tracking number will be displayed on this page.
Sign in to the web site using your email address and password, click on my account / Dashboard. Click on Contacts to see the list of available contacts. Click on the 3 dots and then + Add Contact button. Enter the information for your new user. To edit an existing user, click on the pencil icon (edit) for that user and enter the updated information as needed.
